From the first contact through to the last box being off loaded it was a pleasure to deal with Precision Storage / Abbey Storage (in Perth) The initial assessment of our needs was handled very professionally and courteously by Russell who made us feel confident we were dealing with a company that could deliver. The quotation was received promptly and was one of the most competitive so based on the impact created during the home visit and the flexibility demonstrated we were happy to go ahead and place our business with Precision. Even though we had not officially locked in the day for the house move with our solicitors we were assured that our flit would be pencilled in until we could commit to the date and they would not take on other removals without contacting ourselves first. As it happened we were able to confirm and all was well with the initial date asked we asked for. There was no issues at all when it came to boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper and tape, all provided within the quotation, we probably exceeded the estimated number and carefully wrapped up our valuables and sentimental items which all appeared at the other end without a scratch. The team arrived on Moving Day -1 to get a head start and make the move as seamless as they could for the following day. As it turned out to be the 2 hottest days ever recorded in the UK it was going to be a tricky couple of days. However, Jamie, Stevie and Ewan all demonstrated remarkable resilience and good humour. They were excellent and I felt confident in their stoic the ever resolve to get the job done regardless of the ever increasing heat. Job done to everyones satisfaction including a last minute change to add a large and very heavy dining room table which was dismantled and rebuilt. I have no issue in recommending Precision Storage / Abbey Storage to anyone who has a house move and needs a great crew to assist and take away potential issues. From start to finish Precision, Russell and his team were absolute professionals. Respectful of our belongings and somehow managing to be quick and efficient without damaging a single item or property. They managed moving form a busy main road to a narrow cobbled street with minimal disruption to the general public and neighbours. Well done and thank you.
Precision carried out our recent home move March 23. They were quick at arranging to come out to assess our home for the move and gave us a very reasonable price - we compared a number of companies with a big range of prices. The team arrived in the morning with two vans. They dismantled all the furniture and manoeuvred some furniture out of our garden which had limited access. They then built up the new furniture in the new house. Nothing was an issue. The team were amazing and made the move as stress free as possible - while giving us a good laugh along the way. I would highly recommend them to any friends and family in the future.
