My partner and I contacted Kingdom Removals because we had bought some cast iron radiators but they were simply WAY too heavy for us and the original delivery team to bring up to our second floor flat. Kingdom Removals were really prompt getting back to us, giving us a quote - even keeping us updated with their arrival time when traffic risked them being a few minutes late. I was really impressed with their friendliness and professionalism - they took health and safety seriously, making sure there were enough of them on the radiators to balance out the weight. It took quite a lot of huffing and puffing but they got all the radiators upstairs in one piece and I couldn't be happier! It's such a weight off my mind to have them safely stored in our flat and if we ever accidentally buy something that weighs an absolute ton again, we'll be on the phone to Kingdom in a heartbeat!
Kingdom removals were really great! They saw us through a difficult move, with 4 different move dates. They were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They kept the prices down as much as they could too. Craig was always available and had our best interests at heart when our move became complicated. The guys were awesome, super friendly and lovely with the kids. They got it done fast and were very careful with our stuff. Would highly recommend!
For the second time in a month we have used the services of Kingdom Removal and we are so pleased once again with the beautiful service. They say in life, moving house is one of the most stressful events you will experience but the team made it smooth and even fun... it removed much of the anticipated stress. Richard, Adam and Allan could not have been more caring. They worked hard and fast. They took real genuine care of our items and were just a pleasure to work with... They love their job and it really shows. They think their boss, the company owner Craig, is the best thing since sliced bread. When I have talked with Craig, he tells me the men are a brilliant team and he is delighted to have them work for him. How unique!!!! I think there is much to be learned from this earned respect on both sides. We will never move again (last famous words) but if we do, then we would ask Kingdom Removals to help... meanwhile if you need help to move I cannot recommend then highly enough.
I don’t know where to start. If you don’t have time to read the full review, let me just say I fully recommend Kingdom Removals to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and friendly service. The morning before moving, the removals company that I’d booked weeks prior emailed to say that due to lack of staff and vehicles they were closing their business and would not be able to conduct our move. After a quick (massive) panic and a quicker Google, we got on the phone to Kingdom having reading their excellent reviews. Craig was able to fit us in the morning of our planned moving day due to a cancellation and promised he’d take care of it all. And he did. He sent a team of George, Adam, Richard and Paul who bent over backwards to make the move go as quickly and painlessly as possible. They remained positive throughout the entire 10 hour process and made sure we were completely happy before they left. I can’t thank you all enough for turning around this nightmare situation for us. We’re delighted that our original company fell through! I should also mention that despite knowing we were desperate and would probably have paid anything to get the job done, the whole job cost less than our previous quote from the other company. Thank you thank you thank you!
I can’t recommend Craig and his team highly enough. Moving house is a stressful process but they were kind, professional, prompt and incredibly courteous throughout. We knew our belongings were in safe hands throughout their move from our old house to storage and back out again to a new house six weeks later. They truly went above and beyond.
