With Coulters I felt I'd get a more personal level of client interaction & support and I am SO glad I trusted that instinct. The professional service, knowledge, network, and marketing (top quality photos & video really makes a difference) I expected, but the team- Francesca, Jenny, Nicki, Lucy, and Wilson- have been an absolute delight to deal with. My property sold within 6 days of going on the market (which I did not expect in this climate!) so not only did they totally deliver on the sale front, they have just been a lovely, personable team to liaise with. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

I have sold a number of properties over the years and my latest sale has by far been the quickest and easiest thanks to Coulters. From the get go the service was excellent, the advice spot on and the co-ordination between the estate agency and legal functions (I used both for ease) was superb. They were always one step ahead of me, always at the end of the phone and every contact was knowledgeable, professional and lovely to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough. I just wish I'd found them years ago.
Coulters offered a fantastic service for both selling our property as well as buying a new one. We found the Coulters login page really useful to track viewings and interest on the flat. We also received great customer service from Jackie Lyell throughout the process. She was always very keen to help and certainly went the extra mile to ensure we got the best possible outcome. Additionally, I really enjoyed dealing with Wilson Browne as my solicitor, He was friendly and approachable through what was a new situation for us, whilst remaining in contact as much as we needed it. This certainly helped to reassure us that things were ticking along (even in the hairy moments). We would thoroughly recommend Coulters service for anyone looking to get on the property ladder!
Coulters were outstanding in helping us through the sale of our home through a really tricky market. Nicky Douglas in particular was phenomenal - I credit Nicky for getting us on the market, to closing, and sold in two weeks despite many challenges. She was meticulous, dedicated, and as much as counsellor as a marketeer. Struan Douglas, Phil Cannon and the rest of the team were all amazing too. We cannot recommend them enough.
